• Registration Desk Opens for Models, Crew and Guests/VIPS
  • Models need to arrive to receive Event Pass, Shooting Assignments and Gift Bag
  • Photographers & Video Crew arrive for set-up, sign in and receive Event Passes
  • Guests, VIPs and Judges arrive for registration and receive Event Passes

09:30am

• Moda Star Orientation Begins (Mandatory)
  • Models meet with Moda Star Partners for event overview.
• Crew Set Up Begins
  • Crews will have 30 minutes to complete set up

10:00am

• Venue Opens to Public
• Model Interviews Begin 
  • Judges and/or Staff Members will interview models.
• Photo Shoots Begin
  • Models meet with individual photographers (Moda Star Partner Patrik Book, Rich Sigmon and JP Maroot)

12:30pm

• Lunch Break Begins

01:00 pm

• Model Interviews Continue
• Photo Shoots Continue
• Video Shoots Begin
  • Models will meet with Video Team for individual video shoots

02:00pm

• First Round Judging Ends
  • Judges meet to tally scores

02:30pm

• Moda Star Top 10 Finalists Announced
• Final Round Judging Begins

03:00pm

• First Round Judging Ends
• Judges meet to tally scores

03:30pm

• Moda Star Winners Announced
  • Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners
  • Individual Prize winners announced
  • Best Picture of the Day Released
  • Models selected for Moda Star Fashion Show

04:15pm

• Moda Star Swimwear Fashion Show Begins

05:00pm

• Official Contest Ends

07:00pm

• Dinner for Finalists, Photographers, Sponsors and VIPs

• The After Party begins at Body English Nightclub inside the Hard Rock Hotel Resort and Casino
